Posts: 1039 19/04/2009 19:43:36	usually its a small bearing gear at the centre of the spool on most reels. ususall un-screw the retaining clip reverse the bearing and re assemble. Not 100 sure with your exact reel but on my hardy angel /ultegra/ and orvis reels. This is the way to go other than that ring one of the dealer like John norris/ meadow fly fishery/ sportfish.
